Can student's place adds or submitopinion pieces to the daily prophet ?

Once term starts, I am planning to open a separate section of the site dedicated to the Daily Prophet. It will feature student- and teacher-written articles and stories. Of course, all Daily Prophet pieces will have to pass by the Headmaster before they are officially published in the newspaper.
