Hakwes reluctantly grabbed her. He knew he could carry her by himself and figured it was more efficient to do it his way. Duncan was right that there was not time to bicker so he gave in.

OOC: yes they are. If you go and re-read page two Duncan had already picked Lilah up and in the next post that lilah made, she said "speaking from duncan's arms". That's why I had Duncan get all attitudinal on you. He was already carrying her, then you did.
Since it looks like you just missed the part where duncan was carrying her we could agree that the mix up and Duncan's attitude didn't happen and you were both carrying her.

"OK, let's make her comfortable until the headmaster gets here." Duncan said and he helped lay Lilah down carefully.
He looked at the doorway impatiently. "I guess you were running ahead of him." Duncan said to Mist. "Hope he gets here soon."

OOC: It is VERY impotant that this happens BEFORE the Duncan and Lilah exploring in the forbidden forest. Duncan and Lilah will need to meet the headmaster in later when they return from the forbidden forest.

"Headmaster." Duncan said. "I was going to do some mountain climbing in here and I found the door open. My mountain room was gone and this room was here. Lilah was in it."
Duncan looked concerned for the girl in pain. "She started talking about her family and about dark arts, then she collapsed and screamed."
"She wakes up then passes out again nad she keeps talking about the dark arts. We were going to take her to the infirmory, but you got here first." Duncan said. He waited for the headmaster's reply.

The Headmaster drew his wand from his pocket. "Wingardium Leviosa!" he shouted. Lilah slowly rose into the air motionless. He made another complicated motion and she vanished. "I have sent her to the hospital wing." he said, calmly rising from the ground. "Madam Pomfrey has already seen to her. She will be waiting for you all."

Duncan looked impressed. "Since you can't apperate or disparate in Hogwarts I guess there is a special spell for Hogwarts headmasters to move people around."
He started to move to the door "I'l meet you in the infirmary.
OOC: Hawkes is 'still alive' here. He could follow to the infirmory.
