Duncan came jogging towards the lake. As luck would have it, he was about to go jogging and was on his way out of the castle when Mist ran by him and yelled that Lilah needed him.
With everything that happened recently, Duncan assumed that Lilah was hurt and that Mist was going to go get a professor or the medi-witch.Dressed in his cool weather jogging clothes, in Gryfindor colors, he ran to Lilah.
He didn't waist his breath calling out, he just ran quickly. He was sweaty and out of breath when he got there.
< panting > "Lilah honey, are you alright ? What's wrong ?"

Mist had alerted the nurse, and knew Duncan would never let her hear the end of not coming back for Lilah. She wanted to, but after yelling at Lilah, she didn't doubt Lilah hated her now.
OOC : Someone talk some sense into her?!

Lilah was screaming and cringing in pain but ignored it. her best friend felt alone. Lilah felt terrible and choked on her tears flopping around on the ground like a fish
"Mist." She whimpered "I am losing my best friend. No magic can hurt as much as that!" Lilah yelled to the sky
'It will child.' The voice in lilah's head spoke

It flet like a black hole was eating her up. She tried to return but as she was near she fell and her head landed on a sharp rock. Then her body laid there, her head bleeding as fast and thick as the Niagra falls. Mist was breathing, but barely. The cut was very deep.

Lilah saw Mist fall "HELP!" she screemed
'What the hell is a healing spell?!' She thought
She knew one thing that could heal someone was her voice and that cut wasnt that deep yet she started singing a song her and duncan sang together once

She sang and the the cut slowly disappear. Mist was unconscious but still breathing.
Lilah said
"Wingardium Leviosa" She spoke and mist floated
Hospital wing, she thought.

Elsewhere Duncan felt the song being sung. He felt the awe and wonder of the worlds. He saw the world turn on it's axis. He saw a dark and terrible formless hunger waiting, like the night at sunset. The world spun towards the empty hunger. "damn" he muttered and ran towards the music room.
