[Duncan Mowbray]

Duncan lead the way to the kitchen and opened the door. When it opened a house elf approached quickly.

"Master Duncan ! How nice to see you again !" the elf squealled with delight. "And with more company. What a lovely sight."

"Hi Gobbi. It's nice to see you again." Duncan replied with a smile. "We were swimming at the lake and got hungry, a little thirsty too."

Gobbi pointed and said "Your table is still there, what can we get for you ?"

Duncan smiled. "I'd love some really cold lemonade. And maybe a chicken sandwitch with a little ketsup."

He turned to his companion(s). "How about you ?"
OOC: open to anybody that wants to join in the kitchen.

[Katie Carter]

Katie's tummy rumbled.

She smiled at the house elf and said "I guess it's a good thing we got here before I dropped over from starvation. I'll take the same thing as Duncan, and maybe some chips and and apple too."

"And my name is Katie Carter. It's a pleasure to meet you."

OOC: I know that chips will be french fries.

[Mist LightRose]

Mist grinned at Gobbi and said, "A diet Coke please? And some chips as will. With ketchup. Thanks."

[Hawkes Voddher]

"Um do they have muggle type food here?"
Hawkes asked quizzically.

[Mist LightRose]

"Maybe ... why don't you ask the elves?" she giggled.

[Hawkes Voddher]

Hawkes flushed again embarrassed yet again at his lack of wizard knowledge.

"Um can I have a Pepsi?"

[Duncan Mowbray]

"Yes, sir" Gobbi said. "Many muggle borns like muggle foods and some of the staff had it brought in, we do have pepsi and coke."

At this time a couch appeared behind Katie and several house elves tried to help her sit. "Is she the one ?" asked one of the house elves.

"Yes." answered Gobbi. "poor thing said she woulds be fainting from hungry. Help her sit and we must get her lot of food."

They brought her sandwitches and three plates of fries and a fruit basket and a pitcher of lemonade and a picture of pumpkin juice.

"Rest dearie." said an older looking house elf. "We can feed you if you is needing us to."

Duncan smiled and tried not to laugh "Yes dearie, have a rest."

[Hawkes Voddher]

Sipping at his Pepsi Hawkes grinned.
Nudging Mist he said, "What are these things?"

[Mist LightRose]

"'Things'? Ooooh, you mean, the elves?" Mist laughed. "Yeah, thier really nice, eh? They love it down here. "

[Hawkes Voddher]

"Elves? Like they live in a tree and make Keebler cookie elves?"
Hawkes was definitely out of his comfort zone.

[Katie Carter]

Katie sat politely because she didn't want to upset the house elves. "Thank you very much." Katie said.

She began to eat and it was NOT lady like. She ate like a hungry jock and tore into the sandwich and chips. She almost looked like the ravenous monster stuffing her face.

"This is great." she said with her mouth full, a french fry dropped to the floor.

She burped. "Man, I REALLY needed this." and she stuffed her face again.

[Hawkes Voddher]

When Katie burped, Hawkes heart skipped a beat, He knew no one would understand but there was something incredible about her and tried not to stare.
"So do they make cookies and live in a tree or not?"

[Mist LightRose]

Mist looked over at Katie and thought, 'Hrm ... different than her personality gives out .. '

[Duncan Mowbray]

"No, house elves live in houses." Duncan answered. "But they do make great cookies."

Gobbi smiled. "Thank you sir."

She patted Katie on the arm "We are much glad that you are better miss."

One of the other elves walked to Hawkes "Would you like cookies now sir ?"

[Hawkes Voddher]

"Oh," he said surprised. 'No thanks."
