When we want to owl somebody outside of Hogwarts, like parents or wheezley wizarding wheezes, how do we handle that ? I think we might need a certral place for owling so that people don't send owls from their dorms or whatever.

How should answers to owls be handled. Will staff be making answers or should we answer our own ?

An owlery would be a great idea.

If you want to send an owl to a person that is outside of Hogwarts, you will need to RP that in the (soon-to-be-created) Owlery board.
