Duncan walked into the owlery with his treats for Ptolomy. He stopped in every day, just to visit his feathered friend.

He held out the threat and the owl gobbled away happily. "Hey, buddy. I have work for you today. A letter for my little brother, and don't worry, you KNOW William will have treats for you too."

Duncan was fairly sure that his 7 year old brother could read it all, and was sure he'd get help from mom or dad anywhere he got stuck.

THe bird soared away.

Duncan attatched the letter. It said:
Hi Will ! I miss you guys. I hope you are having a good year. I miss our games and stories and adventures.

Can you do a favor please ? Please look through your chocolate frog card collection for any witch or wizard named Blink. There is a girl here and she's from a famous Blink family.
I'd really like the help.

Thanks. ANd I'll send you some fun stuff soon.

Jaslyn saw an owl soaring, and then hitting a tree, falling down. She ran to it. It was okay, not hurt, just a little dazed. She took the letter from his beak (and he gave a peck of anger) and read it. She gasped when she saw her families name. Then she read the signature, DUNCAN. "MOWBRAY!" She yelled, even though nobody was around. Then she just crumpled, and tumbled RIGHT to the ground. And she was knocked unconscious next to the dazed bird.

OOC: this is my officail complaint about you taking over my owl. It isn't the weasley's inept owl and the only way it should crash in front of you is if you hex it. If you don't want people to investigate your family secrets then don't tell people you have family secrets.

I am going to agree with Duncan on this matter. Taking over someone's thoughts or actions (even with a characters pets) is called "god modding." It is very much frowned upon in role-playing. Five points from Slytherin!
