Duncan sat outside moaning myrtle's bathroom.
"HI MYRTLE !" he yelled. "I heard a song and I thought you might like it, so I came down here to do some singing.
"hello duncan" myrtle said. "It's nice to have a visitor. I'd like to hear your song."
Duncan walked in and sat on the floor. "The song is by musicians that called themselves 'the beatles'.
He played his guitar and sang:
She came in through the bathroom window
Protected by a silver spoon
But now she sucks her thumb and wanders

Sunday's on the phone to Monday
Tuesday's on the phone to me
She said she'd always been a dancer

And though she tried her best to help me
She could steal but she could not rob

Lilah was going to pay Myrtle a visit. The last time wasn't the best.
She stood outside and heard the voice she knew perfect as her boyfriend.
"That was lovely Duncan." Myrtle complemented "I think I hear someone." Myrtle laughed and i walked in
"Hey, Myrtle I got a good book and figured youd want to check it out Myrtle but your busy so i'll be going..." Lilah babbled

Katie saw Duncan and Katie and decided to visit them. She heard Duncan's singing. She liked the Beaetles too.
"You know, Duncan, the Beatles have some songs with great violin riffs. Can you play 'Eleanor Rigby' ? I'm pretty good with that one."
She walked over to Lilah and hugged her. She whispered "Yer boyfreind might need some support. He was in a fight and lost Gryfindor a gazillion points. Especially cause I'm gonna tease my brother."
She stepped back and looked at Duncan again. "So Duncan, is it true that Gryfindor has negative house points for the first time EVERY." she teased playfully, trying to make a joke of the whole thing.

OOC: OK, this happened after the Gryfindor Grief threads.
IC:
Duncan laughed. "No, Hogwarts doesn't do negative points. We're at zero so everybody else is waayyy ahead of us. If Hogwarts scored negative points we'd be deep in a hole and definitely setting a record."
He looked at myrtle. "What kind of music do you like ? It's impolite of us to not include our hostess."

Katie couldn't believe her eyes as she watched Lilah leave. "Am I missing something here ?" she asked. "One day she's like 'Duncan is wonderful and the world revolves around him' and then she's like 'oh my world is so terrible I'll just go hide somewhere and pout' or something. Are you confused to ?"

"buggers." Duncan muttered sadly. "Something is going on here but I don't know how ta fix it. I better talk to her."
He started walking "I appologize, myrtle. I'll be back with more songs soon."
He looked at Katie "I'm not sure if it would be a good idea for you to follow." he shrugged and followed Lilah.
"Lilah ? WHat's wrong ?" he asked.

Lilah fell and, unfortunately, Duncan was too far away to catch her before she dropped.

"How could you tell?" Lilah blushed
"Duncan i am crazy about you and i am just thinking so much like sometimes i need to be free and do something. I feel trapped. I'm not breaking up with you but i think i have an idea...." Lilah smiled on the floor a brilliant smile that made duncan fall in love all over haha
